SUBSTANCES, PRODUCTS THAT CAUSE ALLERGIES
OR INTOLERANCE REACTIONS

In accordance with  Regulation (EC) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.


1. Cereals containing gluten, i.e. wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, kamut or their hybrid varieties, and products derived therefrom, with the exception of:

(a) wheat based glucose syrups including dextrose (1);

b) wheat-based maltodextrins (1);

(c) barley-based glucose syrups;

(d) cereals used for the production of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin;


2. Crustaceans and products thereof;


3. Eggs and products thereof;


4. Fish and fish products, with the exception of:

(a) fish gelatine used as a carrier for vitamin or carotenoid preparations;

(b) fish gelatine or isinglass used as fining agents in beer and wine;


5. Peanuts and products thereof;


6. Soybeans and products thereof, with the exception of:

(a) fully refined soybean oil and fat (1);

(b) mixtures of natural tocopherols (E306), natural D-alpha-tocopherol, natural D-alpha-tocopherol acetate, natural D-alpha tocopherol succinate from soybean;

c) phytosterols and phytosterol esters derived from vegetable oils of soybean origin;

d) plant stanol ester produced from sterols of vegetable oils of soybean origin;


7. Milk and its products (including lactose), except:

a) whey used for the production of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin,

b) lactitol;


8. Nuts,  tj. almonds (Amygdaluscommunis L.), hazelnuts (Corylusavellana), walnuts (Juglansregia), cashews (Anacardiumoccidentale), pecans (Caryaillinoinensis (Wangenh.) K. Koch), brazil nuts (Beractholletia), pistachios / pistachios ), macadamia or Queensland nuts (Macadamiaternifolia), and products derived from them, except for nuts used in the production of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin;


9. Celery and products thereof;


10. Mustard and derived products;


11. Sesame seeds and products thereof;


12. Sulfur dioxide and sulphites  in concentrations above 10 mg / kg or 10 mg / liter based on the total SO2 content for products as ready-to-eat or in a ready-to-eat form in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions;


13. Lupine and products thereof;


14. Molluscs and products thereof.
